These Terms of Use govern your use of the SenseRadar mobile application (the "Application") and this website. By downloading the Application or using the website, you agree to these terms.
1. License
The Application is distributed through the Apple App Store and licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review the full agreement at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
2. Informational Purpose — No Guarantee
SenseRadar's scan results are provided for informational purposes only. No detection tool can guarantee that every hidden camera, listening device or tracking device will be found; sophisticated devices may be powered off, shielded or otherwise concealed. The Application is not a substitute for a professional counter-surveillance inspection, and SenseRadar accepts no liability for decisions made based on scan results.
3. Lawful Use
You may use the Application only in spaces you own, rent or are otherwise authorized to inspect, and only in compliance with applicable laws. Using the Application to interfere with, locate or disable devices you have no right to interact with, or for any unlawful surveillance-related purpose, is prohibited.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are processed by the Apple App Store under your Apple ID. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund processes are managed through your App Store account settings and are subject to Apple's terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The SenseRadar name, logo, application, mockups and all website content are the property of SenseRadar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Application or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
